B1 GRUPPO INC. RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT Please read the following waiver and indicate your understanding by checking the box in the Registration Form above. I hereby understand that cycling and the training that I will be doing with B1 Gruppo Inc., can and will be strenuous and I voluntarily accept any risks of participating, including those that could arise as a result of negligence. Furthermore, I release B1 Gruppo Inc. and their representative(s) conducting training or test services, event organizers and all associated service providers and sponsors from any liability associated with my participation now and into the future. Covid-19 Notice. For each class attended during this program, I confirm that I have not traveled out of Canada within the last 14 days. I confirm I do not have a fever and / or cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath and will not attend a ride/class if I have any of these symptom. BICYCLE STORAGE AGREEMENT If you require bicycle storage during the training period, please read the following Agreement and indicate your acceptance by checking the "Bicycle Storage Required" box in the Registration Form above. I hereby understand that although B1 Gruppo Inc. is insured and will take all available measures to protect your bike and belongings you are leaving your bike at their locations at your own risk and that B1 Gruppo Inc. will not be held accountable for any loss or damage that may accrue.
