Bike Planning Essentials
-
In preparation for travel, your bike must be placed in a sturdy travel-specific bike bag. Properly packed and secured, the tires deflated, and the pedals removed.
-
No Co2 Cartridges allowed!
-
Bike in a bike bag or box must not exceed the allowance of 23 kg; overweight baggage fees will apply ($100 per direction up to 32 kg).
-
Please note: Battery-powered bicycles (E-Bikes) are not permitted on board.
-
The trip is limited to 16 cyclists.
-
Bring energy snacks of your choice. They're hard to come by anywhere in Cuba, and rural areas lack shops and cafes altogether.
