Trip Cancellation Policy
(In the case of cancellation due to COVID-19, weather, or otherwise, the airline operating the affected flight is responsible for meeting obligations to the passenger.)

In preparation for travel, your bike must be placed in a sturdy travel-specific bike bag. Properly packed and secured, the tires deflated, and the pedals removed.

Bike in a bike bag/box must not exceed the allowance of 23 kgs; overweight baggage fees will apply ($100 per direction up to 32kg).
