The Rouleur Plan - Designed to optimizer the 4 main areas of cycling 
most commonly required to excel!

Improves your, Climbing, Sprints/Attacks, Time Trailing and Endurance.
Build a powerful aerobic base and INCREASE your power output!

B1 ROULEUR (ALL-ROUNDER)
Become a strong Attacking rider who can push hard
whatever the surface,  whatever the elevation.
These are riders who feel comfortable no mater the situation they may find themselves in, be it a club ride or the target race you may be training for!


We dive right into it! With our B1 FTP Ramp Test to set your training zones, principally the all-important B1 training zones!

Our second test before the Holiday break will measure your improvement and update your training zones and a third test will do the same.

Riders can expect to increase their FTP by 5 - 20%!

This all-new plan for 2023-2024 combines some workouts from B1 Right On 2022/23 in a progressive optimized training plan design.

We start off with technique and cadence maintenance and quickly progress into B1 ROULEUR 2024 Studio & /Home Plan 2023-2024, increasing volume each week.

In the final Periodization of this plan, we will be doing long sweet spot TSS rides on weekends and shorter structured 'wintertime intensity' during the work week.

Included are our long Sunday Group B1 Zwift Endurance Rides,

At studio plan also include monthly B1 Zwift meet ups Thursday Newtella type Rides to keep us sharp and rev up the intensity!

Races are not mandatory and you should talk to coach for recommendation.
